Each submission must relate to a shared event. Use the Event ID provided for that meeting or interaction.

3. Submit independently

Do not coordinate responses. The value comes from your individual perspective.

4. Be honest and objective

This is an anonymous system. Record what actually happened — not what you think should be said.

5. Focus on outcomes, not individuals

Describe the interaction, decisions, and impact — not personalities.

6. Highlight risks and gaps

If something was unclear, unresolved, or concerning — include it. This is where the insight comes from.

7. Keep it concise and relevant

Clear, direct input creates better analysis. Avoid unnecessary detail.

8. Respect anonymity and integrity

Do not attempt to identify or challenge other submissions. The system is designed for collective insight, not attribution.
